Holly Jolly Christmas Card with November My Super Hero
Hello, crafty friends!
Today’s card is a bright and cheerful Christmas card made with November’s Hero Arts My Monthly Super Hero products. Big, colorful JOLLY letters fill the soft pink panel, with holly leaves and berries tucked around them.
Background:
Chiffon cardstock, one of the colors included in November’s My Monthly Super Hero Kit, was cut with rectangle nesting dies and attached to the card base. The soft pink panel makes the bright letters stand out nicely.
Jolly Letters:
The word JOLLY was die-cut with November’s Jolly Die Set. Each letter was die-cut from Beeswax, Poergrate,Β Peridot, Mint, and Rainforest cardstock, and the backdrop layer from the same set was die-cut from white cardstock. The finished letters were attached with foam stickers for nice dimension.
Holly and Berries:
The holly leaves and berries from November’s Let’s Be Jolly Stamp & Cut, exclusive to the Super Hero Kit, were each inked and stamped, then cut out with the coordinating dies. Each piece was layered in two layers and attached around the JOLLY letters.
Sentiment:
The small words “HOLLY” and “Christmas” complete the greeting, reading “Holly Jolly Christmas” with the big, colorful letters in the center.
