2025 Spellbinders Advent Calendar Part 2

Hi crafty friends! I’m back with the second half of my Spellbinders 2025 Advent Calendar series. If you missed Part 1 (Cards 1-7), you can check it out here.

It’s been such a joy opening these daily surprises and seeing how they all come together. Today, I’m sharing 7 more cards that highlight some of my favorite dies, stencils, and embossing folders from the calendar. Let’s dive into the details!

"Love You" Toast Couple (Day 10 + Day 4)

This card is pure cuteness! I couldn’t resist making this sweet pairing from the Day 10 die set.

The Characters: I die-cut the toast couple and turned one into strawberry jam and the other into peanut butter.

The Background: The base is white cardstock textured with the Cross My Heart 3D Embossing Folder.

The Borders: I added a Waterfall cardstock border at the bottom using the Stitch & Dots Scallop Borders (Simple Stories).

The Sentiment: The “LOVE YOU” message was created using the stamp and handle die from Day 4.

Retro Telephone "Let's Chat Soon" (Day 12 + Day 11)

I went for a bold, vintage look with this striking red phone!

The Focal Point: The retro rotary phone is from the Day 12 die set, die-cut in vibrant Poppy cardstock.

The Sentiment: I paired it with the “LET’S CHAT SOON” sentiment from Day 11. (white heat embossing power)

The Technique: I used white heat embossing on a Waterfall cardstock base to make the sentiment and the red phone really pop.

"Thanks a Bunch" Caterpillar (Day 14)

This little caterpillar taking shelter from the rain is one of the most charming scenes in the set.

The Scene: Day 14 revealed this caterpillar die set, complete with raindrops and a leaf umbrella.

The Background: I used Breeze cardstock embossed with the Raindrops 3D Embossing Folder to set the rainy day mood.

The Extra Touch: I added a larger leaf die-cut from the Colorful Burst Flower die set underneath the caterpillar for a better ground.

The Sentiment: A pre-made gold hot foiled “THANKS A BUNCH” sentiment adds a touch of elegance.

"Sending a Little Smile" Fish Bowl (Day 15 + Day 11 + Day 17)

A serene underwater scene that’s sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face.

The Focal Point: I used the fish and fishbowl dies from Day 15, die-cut from white cardstock and softly colored with markers.

The Sentiment: The “Sending a little smile” message is from the Day 11 stamp set, white heat embossed on Ocean Breeze cardstock.

The Sparkle: I finished the card with clear sequins from Day 17 to look like bubbles around the bowl.

"Out of This World" Space Scene (Day 20 + Day 19 + Day 22)

This card is truly out of this world, with a fun window into space!

The UFO: The UFO is from Day 20, created using Carrot, Coral, Cranberry, and Waterfall cardstock.

The Window: I die-cut a circular window in an Indigo cardstock panel and embossed it with the Wishing Stars 3D Embossing Folder.

The Inner Details: Inside the window, I used the Day 22 stencil for the background pattern and added a friendly alien from the UFO Friend set.

The Sentiment: Stamped the Day 19 sentiment in black ink inside the window.

Rolling By" Retro Skates (Day 23 + Day 11)

I love the nostalgic feel of this roller skate card!

The Focal Point: The retro skate from Day 23 was made using Waterfall, Mulberry, Brush, and White Glitter cardstock.

The Background: I used Beeswax cardstock and created a custom background by repeatedly stamping the sentiment from Day 11 in black ink.

"Good Luck" Four-Leaf Clover (Day 24)

Finishing this part of the series with a bit of extra luck!

The Focal Point: Features the horseshoe and four-leaf clover die set from the final day, Day 24.

The Background: I embossed Alabaster cardstock with the Polka Dot & Posy Duo 3D Embossing Folder for a delicate, professional finish.

The Presentation: Paired with a bright green envelope to coordinate with the lucky clover.
