Spellbinders- Oct 2025 DOML & BPOM

I’m so excited to share two brand new Christmas cards I made using the Spellbinders October 2025 Clubs! This month, I focused on the Large Die of the Month (Window Wonderland) and the BetterPress Club (Made with Snowflakes) to create a sweet, snow-themed card and a wonderfully detailed holiday window scene. These products are perfect for getting a head start on your Christmas card crafting!

A Christmas That Feels Like Home

This card showcases the phenomenal October Large Die of the Month set, Window Wonderland. This die set is perfect for creating a dimensional, cozy holiday scene!

The background was created using Seaside Cardstock, which I ran through the die-cutting machine with the October 3D Embossing Folder Club, Brick by Brick. I die-cut and layered the bay window structure from the Window Wonderland die set using the same Seaside cardstock.

To give the illusion of a warm, inviting interior, I used a blending brush and yellow ink to shade the background behind the window. The Christmas tree, also from the Window Wonderland set, was detailed with tiny dots using a white gel pen for a sparkling, illuminated effect. I added curtains using a piece of patterned paper and colorful Christmas lights hanging over the window.

The message, “WISHING YOU A CHRISTMAS THAT FEELS LIKE HOME,” was stamped in red ink using this month’s Clear Stamp of the Month Club. I then used the snowbank edge die from the Large Die set to cut the panel before adhering it to the bottom of the card.

Sending Frosty Wishes

This first card is a sweet, frosty scene combining the crisp detail of BetterPress with fun die-cutting and dimension.

The top portion of the card features the adorable, repeated snowman pattern from the October BetterPress Plate Club Set, which is called Made with Snowflakes. I used Skybright Hot Foil to foil the pattern onto white cardstock, and then colored the snowmen using markers.

The lower panel features the “SENDING FROSTY WISHES” sentiment, which was also hot foiled using the BetterPress plate. I used the hillside edge die from the Snow Day Friends die set to cut the top edge of this panel, creating a dimensional snowbank.

The large snowman head was also die-cut from the Snow Day Friends die set. The child and sled were die-cut using the October Large Die of the Month set, Window Wonderland. I used Rainforest, Poppy, and Teal Topaz cardstock and added highlights with a white gel pen. Finally, I attached the entire snowbank panel with foam adhesive to give the card wonderful dimension.
