The Serene Beauty of the Hero Arts Tranquil Garden Collection

I am so delighted to share this card featuring the stunning Tranquil Garden Collection from Hero Arts. Lotus flowers have always been one of my favorite motifs to craft, and this new version from Hero Arts is truly exceptional. The intricate, multi-layered design provides a level of detail that makes the flowers look incredibly lifelike and elegant.

To create this card, I focused on building a lush, layered scene that highlights the beauty of the lotus pond:

  • Background: I used Seaside cardstock for the base to create a soft and serene water-like background.

  • The Lotus Flowers: I die-cut the Lotus Flower Die Set using a beautiful palette of Blush, Tutu, and Dahlia cardstock. I layered multiple die-cuts to achieve incredible depth and dimension.

  • The Greenery: For the large lily pads, I used Fern cardstock, while the delicate stems and smaller leaves were cut from Rainforest cardstock.

  • The Sentiment: I used the Lovely Labels Letterpress + Foil & Cut set. I foiled the sentiment onto white cardstock using Matte Gold Hot Foil, then die-cut it and mounted it in the center with foam adhesive for extra lift.

  • Finishing Touches: I arranged the abundance of flowers and leaves all around the label to create a full garden effect. Finally, I finished the card with gold embellishments to add a touch of luxury and sparkle.
