Minimalist Elegance: Pastel Aura & Fragmented Gaze

Today, I’m sharing another creation featuring the All My Senses Collection by Jaycee Gaspar, a stunning March 2026 new release from Spellbinders. This project focuses on a more minimalist and refined look, where soft colors meet bold, abstract lines.

For the backdrop of this card, I wanted to create a gentle, ethereal glow. Using the Ambient Aura Stencils by Jaycee Gaspar (from Hero Arts), I softly blended a series of very light pastel inks in yellow, pink, and green. This subtle halo effect provides a beautiful, atmospheric foundation that allows the intricate silhouette to truly stand out.

The focal point is the striking abstract portrait, die-cut using the Fragmented Gaze Etched Dies from the All My Senses Collection. I love the high contrast of the black cardstock against the soft pastel background. To add personality, I layered the die-cuts with pops of orange for the earrings and purple for the clothing, creating a modern, gallery-art feel that is both bold and sophisticated.

To complete the look, I added a “Chase Joy” sentiment from the Whisper Weave Press + Foil Plate & Die Set. I foiled it in Matte Gold on white cardstock and die-cut it to maintain the clean, elegant aesthetic of the card. The combination of gold, white, and bold colors perfectly captures the contemporary spirit of this collection.

I’ve had so much fun exploring the different facets of the All My Senses Collection, from dramatic watercolors to this delicate, minimalist style. I’d love to hear which look resonates most with you—the artistic silhouettes or the soft, stenciled auras?

Happy Crafting,

Heejung
