Color-by-Number: Instant Artist – Blossoming Florals by Altenew

Hey there!

I recently had a great time using the Color-by-Number Instant Artist sheet. The Blossoming Florals sheets are A2 size, and there are 12 Color-by-Number sheets, with 2 sheets per design. Each sheet includes color instructions, but you can also experiment with your own color combinations. The colors on these sheets match perfectly with the colors in our numbered Acrylic Marker 24 Color Set – Vol. 1.

This task is very easy, especially if you struggle with choosing or coordinating colors.

Magnolia Thank you Card

I had difficulty coloring the Magnolia with Acrylic Markers because of the thick marker tip. To fix my mistakes, I used a gold gel pen for outlining.

Color your Magnolia, fussy cut it, and attach it to gold metal card stock die-cut with the Ornate Door die for an elegant and sophisticated design.

I used the sentiment from the Sweet Jasmine BetterPress Plate and gold foiled it onto the black cardstock.

I used the Metallic Gold & Silver Gem sparkle embellishment.

Sweet Poppies Card

I followed the instructions and used the blue tones on the sheet. I love the result.

For a neater finish, I used a fine-liner pen to outline my drawing and cover up my messy coloring. I then applied white embossing powder and heat set the sentiment from the Sweet Jasmine Stamp set.
