Spellbinders- Through Arbor Garden Collection

Hello friends, today I will be sharing three cards featuring the Through Arbor Garden Collection.

THANK YOU CARD

“To be more specific, I am not very skilled at creating paper flowers that have a 3D appearance. I find it challenging to convey the true shape of such flowers when they are placed in a bag, which can make it a bit inconvenient to make them. However, I absolutely love the Through Arbor Garden Collection.”

As you know I love digging my stash to use to perfect matching with new product. I used the Splatter Embossing Folder on the background.

I die-cut the Bamboo Trellis Background twice and attached them to an A2 card front. Then, I used the Queen Anne’s Lace and Ladybugs die and the Ball end dotting tool to create the flowers.

Finally, I used the “Thank You and Happy Birthday” Glimmer Hot Foil Plate with gold foil. Then, I die-cut it with the Postage Edges Circle die.

Mother's Day Card

Personally, I love the basket die from the Large Die Club of Feb. 2024 because I can use it for many different projects.

I am originally from South Korea, where we celebrate Parents’ Day instead of having separate Mother’s and Father’s Days like in America. Additionally, it is traditional to give carnations to parents on Parents Day.

I decided to create a carnation basket card as soon as I got the Carnation die.

It’s a large carnation to put in the basket. I didn’t use the basket handle on this card, and I made two carnations.

I used the ‘Two Hearts as One’ 3D embossing folder to create a background and added leaves from Queen Anne’s Lace and Ladybugs Die.

I used the Spring Magnolias Press Plate & Die from the Spring Sampler Collection for the sentiment.

Sending Love Card

“I saw the Arbor & Ivory 3D embossing folder and immediately thought it would be perfect for a wedding card. It would be even better if Spellbinders made a bride image die or stamp that would fit perfectly with the embossing folder. For my card, I used the Floral S and Sentiments Press Plate from the Every Occasion Floral Alphabet.”

I used gold foiling on indigo cardstock with the Floral S plate. Then, I embossed it with the Arbor & Ivy 3D embossing folder and colored it with white pigment ink.

For the flowers of the letter S, I used a white acrylic marker which works well on dark colored cardstock.

For the flowers, I used the Mock Orange Die. I die-cut them on white card stock; I colored them with markers.

I am glad you took the time to read this post. I hope it has motivated you to unleash your creativity. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or feedback.
I’m looking forward to sharing more content with you soon.

Best regards,

Heejung.
