Cozy Reindeer Cards with Spellbinders July Club Kits

Hi everyone! I am so excited to share two festive cards featuring the Spellbinders July 2026 Club Kits. While all the new club products this month are absolutely incredible, this adorable reindeer enjoying a warm drink totally stole my heart! The cozy stitched sweater, matching scarf, and that sweet, peaceful closed-eye expression made these cards an absolute joy to create.

Here is a look at the two different designs I put together using these wonderful new supplies.

1. Sweet & Stitched Reindeer

For the first card, I wanted a clean, soft look that really highlighted the intricate stitching details.

Background: Kept it simple and elegant on a Chiffon cardstock base, stamping the sentiment “SENDING YOU ALL THE Cheer” from this month’s “Cue the Merry” Clear Stamp Set.

Reindeer: Die-cut using Acorn and Truffle cardstock to give him a rich, classic reindeer look.

Stitched Outfit: I used this month’s “Sweater Weather Friend” Stitched Die Set. The sweater was cut from Teal Topaz and Waterfall cardstock, while the cozy scarf was created using Tutu and Dahlia cardstock. I added a touch of ink shading to the pieces before completing the white stitching to give them extra depth.

2: Festive Forest Background

For the second card, I went for a rich, layered festive scene with an elegant backdrop.

Background: I used this month’s “Festive Forest” BetterPress & Foil Plate with green ink to create a beautiful, crisp woodland pattern.

Arch Backdrop: To make the reindeer pop, I cut an arch using Oceanside cardstock and layered it over the pressed background.

  • Reindeer & Details: This time, the reindeer was die-cut from Fawn and Alabaster cardstock, and I added extra coloring details with markers.

  • Outfit & Gift: His sweater was stitched using Rainforest and Fern cardstock, paired with a vibrant Poppy cardstock scarf. He is holding a perfectly wrapped little gift cut from Waterfall and Teal Topaz cardstock.

Sentiment: Above the arch, I stamped another phrase from the “Cue the Merry” Clear Stamp Set with VersaMark ink and heat-embossed it with crisp white embossing powder.

These clubs are such a fun way to jumpstart your holiday crafting, and this cozy little reindeer is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face! I had so much fun mixing and matching the different cardstock colors and textures to bring these characters to life. I hope these designs inspire you to get crafty with your July kits!
