Cheerful Layers & Sweet Greetings: The Hero Arts Beary Sweet Collection
Brighten up your day with a splash of sweetness! Today, I’m thrilled to showcase a vibrant project from the Hero Arts March Release. The Beary Sweet Collection is all about playful energy and nostalgic treats, and this card brings those elements together with cheerful layers and a bold design.
The base for this card starts with the warm, sunny glow of Bee Wax Cardstock. For the background, I used the Let’s Stick Together Stamp & Cut set to create a custom patterned paper, stamping the adorable gummy bear and fish images in a variety of colorful inks.
To create a striking focal point, I die-cut the large bear silhouette from the same Bee Wax Cardstock using the Bear Hugs Die Set, which serves as a perfect backdrop for the sentiment. The “Big Hugs” message was die-cut using the Big Hugs Die Set in Dahlia and Blush cardstock, creating a beautiful pink-on-pink layered effect. To finish it off, I added a “Have a sweet day” banner, die-cut from Waterfall cardstock using the banner die from the Candy Kebob Die Set.
There’s nothing like a gummy bear hug to send a little joy! Combining these different elements from the March release was such a creative delight. Thank you so much for stopping by to see this sweet creation.
