Spellbinders Tulip Garden Collection

Hello everyone,

I created three cards using Simon Hurley’s Tulip Garden Collection.

I created three tulip cards, but all are different methods.

The collection includes an amazing 3D embossing folder with a coordinated stencil, beautiful handwritten sentiments, and tulip dies.

Tulip Garden Birthday Card

“I used the Twirling Tulip 3D embossing folder to create a tulip design.”

After 3D embossed the white card stock, I colored with markers. (I used OLO marker mainly)

For the sentiments, I die-cut the Handwritten sentiments from the Tulip Garden Collection on white and black card stock.

I finished with the Dimensional Two Tone Blue Enamel dots.

Stencil Tulip Garden Thank you Card

I used the Twirling Tulips Coordinating stencil on this card.

I didn’t use the 3d embossing folder on this one.

I still need to improve my stencil skills since the outcome didn’t meet my expectations. However, I am hopeful that I will do better in the future.

I used the Rise and Shine Dye ink Clubes from Pinkfresh Studio with Paper Pouncers and Blending brushes.

After using stencils, I die-cut the paper with Hemstitch rectangle dies. For sentiments, I used the Handwritten Sentiments dies.

Tulip Garden Thinking of You Card

This card features tulips made with die-cuts from the Tulip Trio Dies in the Tulip Garden Collection.

Using the Copperplate Thinking of You Press Plate from the Copperplate Everyday Sentiments Collection, I After pressing the letter, I die-cut it using the Postage Edge Rectangle die. Then, I did ink blending with light blues.

After cutting out the tulips using a die-cutting tool, I colored them using paper pouncers and blending brushes.
