Simon Says Stamp July Release: Vibrant Daisy Frame Floral Card
Hello, crafting friends! Today, I’m back with another cheerful project featuring the new Daisy Frame stamp set from the Simon Says Stamp July release. With bright yellow daisies set against a soft seaside blue background, this card is designed to bring instant sunshine and warmth to someone’s day!
Stamp & Heat-Emboss the Sentiment:
Prepare a card panel cut from Seaside Cardstock.
In the center, stamp the “Thinking of you today” sentiment using black pigment ink.
Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the wet ink and heat set it. This creates a glossy, raised effect that adds beautiful depth to the sentiment.
Stamp the Daisy Frame image onto white cardstock with black ink.
Color the vibrant daisies, lush leaves, and delicate accent flowers using your favorite markers.
Use the coordinating die to cut out the floral frame smoothly.
Assemble the Dimensional Layout:
Mount the colored Daisy Frame over the embossed sentiment on the Seaside card base using foam adhesives to pop it up for dimension.
Add Sparkle with Gems:
Place a few Opal Gems inside the frame near the sentiment for a subtle, iridescent sparkle.
