Cozy Gingerbread Latte
This card features a charming gingerbread man nestled in a festive mug, perfect for those warm winter wishes.
I started by creating the textured background using the 3D Embossing Folder Club product. This gave the green card base a wonderful, intricate pattern, adding depth and interest to the design.
The “WINTER CHEERS” sentiment was created using white hot foil on poppy cardstock, taking advantage of the JULYBetterPress Club product for a crisp and elegant appearance.
The handle of the mug was crafted using a die from the Small Die Club, perfectly complementing the gingerbread man and adding a touch of dimension.
To complete the card, I adorned it with small green and red enamel dots, adding subtle pops of color and sparkle.
A Bite of Christmas Joy
For my second card, I focused on a delightful scene featuring a gingerbread cookie and a festive latte mug on a holiday table setting.
The focal point of this card is the bitten gingerbread cookie, which was made using the bonus item, the Gingerbread Man Die. The bite detail on the gingerbread man’s head was created by using the scallops and stitched edges oval die to cut out a portion of the top. Alongside it, I created a red latte mug with a snowflake decoration, using the Large Die Clubto cut out the mug shape.
The cookie and mug are placed on a white ㅐoval plate, which I crafted using an oval die from the Fluted Classics Oval die set. This adds a realistic touch to the scene.
For the cozy table covering, I used a beautiful patterned paper from the new Merry Moment Paper Pad, which is set to be released on the 10th!
The Fern card stock background was embossed using a product from the Embossing Folder Club, adding subtle texture.
The “COZY WISHES” sentiment was hot foiled in matte silver on indigo card stock and die-cut, creating a striking contrast against the plaid paper layer.
I love how these cards turned out, and the versatility of the Spellbinders clubs made it so easy to mix and match elements to create unique designs.
I hope you enjoyed seeing how these festive cards came together! It’s always a joy to create holiday projects, especially with such versatile tools from Spellbinders.
