Spellbinders-Golden Afternoon Collection with Rosie’s Studio

I designed two notebook covers using the Golden Afternoon Collection from Rosie’s Studios. I had some inexpensive notebooks with unattractive covers, so I decided to enhance them by decorating them with dies from the Golden Afternoon Collection and paper from the Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe Collection.

I used to love scrapbooking when my son was younger. However, now that he is a teenager, he no longer enjoys taking photos. As a result, I have stopped scrapbooking and creating greeting cards, as well as decorating my diary. This hobby used to make me happy and held a special place in my heart, especially when it came to creating note covers.

I know the Golden Afternoon Collection included papers and stickers. I like the pastel tones from the Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe Collection.

I die-cut the film strip die and the smile word die from the My Life in Pictures die set of the Golden Afternoon Collection on black and white cardstock.

I attached the camera from the Simple Page Pieces with the foam stickers.

I added flowers and butterflies stickers from the Simple Vintage Shoppe Foam Stickers.

I love the notebook pattern design on the paper from the Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe 6 x 8 pad. The colors and designs are so lovely.

 

I stamped the sentiments from the “Chrish This” Betterpress Plate & Die Set from the Golden Afternoon Collection using black ink and then die-cut it with the coordinating die. Additionally, I die-cut the banner from the “Chrish This” Betterpress Plate & Die Set using black cardstock.

Attached is the sentiment with foam stickers on the cover.

Also, I added the butterflies from the Simple Page Pieces with the foam stickers.
