Spellbinders- 3D Embossing Folder Club of the Month (June 2023)

Hi Crafty Friends!

It’s June and that means it’s time to see what the new Spellbinders’ Monthly Club has to offer.

Today, I want to share two cards I made with the 3D embossing Folder Club (June 23)

I'll Cross The Ocean For You Card

I really like this embossing folder that creates a 3D effect. It has a lovely design and is great for making cards with a summer theme.

I embossed dark navy card stock with the embossing folder. I painted the shells and starfishes with gold watercolor.

I stamped a crab from the Clear Stamp and Die Club of the month (June 23) and color it with Copic markers.

CARD RECIPE:

The main character on the card may look like gold starfishes and shells, but the real main character is a small crab. So, I chose a message for the crab.

Beach Hello Card

I want the background to look like beach sand with lots of white shells and starfish. So, I used ink on a 3D embossing folder and put it on white card paper. It turned out great and looks like real sand.

“I put the Seahorse Garden Stamp and Die set on the card. If you have another sea creature stamp, you can use that one instead.”
