Spellbinders- Jump for Joy Collection

✂️ Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Create the Background

Start by ink-blending your background onto a white card base. I used light blue along the edges to mimic water and sky. Then, using a Lily Pad Stencil, I softly added a large pink lotus flower in the upper corner and bright yellow cattails around it. These floral elements help create a fun, natural scene for the frog to sit in with the blending brushes.

2. Die-Cut the Frog & Crown

Using the dies from the Jump for Joy Collection, I cut out the frog in Rainforest cardstock and layered on the white belly and eye pieces. I added highlights with a white gel pen, giving him a little sparkle using glossy accents.

For the crown, I die cut it from metallic gold cardstock and added tiny pink embellishments to the top for extra cuteness.

3. Add Frame

Place your frog on top of the lily pad using the foam sticker. To give it a framed, polaroid-style look, I used the memory frame die and stamped the sentiment “Hopping by to say hello” on the bottom portion. I also stamped some tiny pink hearts for a sweet touch.

4. Assemble the Card

Adhere your framed frog onto the ink-blended card front using foam tape for dimension. Add any final details, and you’re done!
