Spellbinders- Felt Stitch & Create Collection by Nicole Spohr

Hello friends,

I am back after my medical treatment in Korea. I had gone three long weeks without crafting, and I was so excited to create three projects featuring the Felt Stitch & Create Collection.

Felt Snowy Owl

I love owls, so I chose the snowy owl die from the collection. A couple of years ago, I purchased some felt from Amazon to create holiday napkin rings. For this project, I used some leftover felt and the felt from Spellbinders.

I die-cut the two tones of grey and white felt with the Snowy Owl die.

Stitched the pieces with grey-tone thread.

 

I used a flower die from the Snowy Owl set for the owl’s head decoration. Finally, I attached pearls to the eyes of the owl.

Felt Forest Fox

I used the Felt Forest Fox die to create an adorable fox using orange, brown, and white colors.

 

Cut out the shapes for the nose and eyes from black felt using a die-cutting method.

I also added filling to the fox’s body, head, and tail to enhance its volume and make it more visually appealing.

 

Felt Candy Cane

I’m not an expert at stitching, and this is my first project. You can see the lack of skill in my work. But I had fun making it and I will decorate it on my Christmas tree this year.

 

 

I used the Felt Candy Cane die and the Holiday Collection felt from Spellbinders.
